This cute super long legged mix breed was found as a stray in rural georgia. He was at a small shelter with zero outlet for animals and we pulled him along with another small chihuahua. We don't know why he was a stray and he has a happy personality and gets along well with other animals. This is what his foster had to say about him:

Introducing "Finn" formerly Dobby. He, along  with Huck wanderered down a very rural road with owners in sight.  He weighs 11#2oz and is actually quite tall for a chi.  He gets along with dogs of all ages, adults, kids over 6, he is both house broken and kennel trained and his favorite past time is sitting in, on or near you, out side he is lizard hunter extraordinar.  He is neutered, Heartworm negative and current on all his vaccines....he would do well with a family with older kids or kids that are small dog savy or he would be great with a retired or semi retired couple.
