Bingo came to us via our rescue partner in Georgia. It seems he was orginally abandoned at a shelter tied to the pole outside at 6 months old. He was then adopted to a couple who worked long hours and was crated 14 hours per day. They surrendered him to the transport organization because of being gone so long.. and was brought down to our rescue. Bingo is a beautiful black labrador. He has the happy playful water loving personality of a lab. He is still a puppy and wants a playmate (in a K9 friend) who will wrestle and play with him all day. He absolutely LOVES water (pond, pool, puddle, rain) and is willing to jump into just about any body of water! His ideal home will continue his puppy training (he only knows sit) since he will jump up on people and kids. He is super smart and highly motivated to please his people. He understands dog doors and would love a home willing to explore, take him to dog parks and generally be out and about with him! Bringo rides great in the car as well and is happy and content passinger. His foster does have a child but he can jump and being mouthy with small children so we would not recommend a home with them...although this is just a puppy trait and can easily be trained out of him as he grows and matures! Since he was in a kennel for nearly half the day he does not like it and will bark in the kennel. He will need continued desensitization of being kennelled or taken to doggy daycare during the day if someone works a full day shift! He is working on housebreaking I just need to let out frequently!
