Freckles owner surrenderd her due to her daughter moving out and leaving the dog. Freckles gets long with kids and dogs and is housebroken. She is currently being fostered with two small children, another small dog. This is what her foster had to say about her:

Freckles is a very sweet girl looking for a home with other dogs to play with. She loves to play with our rat terrier and our human kids.

She is house trained and loves walks, she doesn’t want them to end. She got a pretty high energy level for a small dog so an active home is a must! She did dig under our fence first thing so she needs supervision.

She’s happy to curl up next to you on the couch after dinner and a long walk! She would do best with another dog in the home!

Freckles perfect home will have another small/medium dog who playful and a family that will walk her daily at least 1.5 miles or more!
