Frosti was surrenderd by her owner due to life change. Frosti has been the family dog since she was a puppy and now that her mom works full time she isn't handling it well. She is good with dogs and kids. Housebroken but doesn't do well with her owners beinc gone a long time. (3-4 hours max for holding it). She loves to be home and settled with someone who has lots of attention to give her!!
